17 calls and 3 grey hairs later...

No guys, I did not go on holiday...or have a day off, I've mostly been having a nervous breakdown about my Internet connection.

So here's the update...after calling BT on thursday, friday, saturday and sunday, pressing option 9 here and being on hold to 'meadow music', they finally agreed to send someone over to have a look...

...and...they came! "Hooray..."

Only to find that when they left, my twinkering Internet connection had totally died.

"Oops" BT woman said, "Best call BT to sort that out"

...so I did...again...

11:32- 12:08 (26/3/07) arranged for a new router to be sent.

15:00- 15:07 (26/3/07) I received a call-
"sorry, router has been sent back, you have to call to authorise the router to be sent again"

15 :10- 15:46 (26/3/07) called..again...

let you know when they get back to me....

...I'm still on hold
