So excited! It's the new BT Home Hub Router...the router of the future...
hmmm...so I'm routing around...and what's this I find?
...so turns out that the router now needs to be activated and authorised. "Please call BT to sort this out"....
here we go again....

Ouch!! Poor you! Though that's very typically BT and english customer service in general...
Tell me about it, although most of the customer service desks they have transferred me to have all been International!
